Hi. As you can see from my rating I have been lax in paying. I usually make a point of paying whenever "Payment has been requested " appears on my "bids won" section. There have been two instances recently where this sign has not appeared and I have left payment thinking the sellers may be away or ill. These two sellers have now, quite rightly, given me adverse comments and my rating has collapsed from 100% to 87%. As this is because of an oversight by Delcampe I have written to them but no reply has been forthcoming. Is there anyone else in the same boat and if so how can I go about redeeming the situation.

Are you sure that the sellers did not send you invoices?

I did this recently when a buyer said my coins were "Fair" although they were exactly like the scans he had seen.
