My Moneybookers account is locked again. I can't understand why I don't use it very often, it has never happened with my PayPal account. I have sent several e-mails to Moneybooker's security office no responce at all.
I think it is time ti closed the account and stick with PayPal.

Alex,you have been spammed somewhere along the line.Even Money bookers Security is/can .be a spam.
Have you tried to open your account through Delcampe or submit that you have lost your password a answer will come nearly straight away to your email address.
I personally have had no problem with MB,and remember without your name and just DEAR customer its a scam.
Whatch out also for you have just received Usd 262.00 please follow the link also a scam,. I hope that your problems will be solved shortly by MB.regards B`dog.

My MB account is locked too, for almost 2 months now.
I can see my balance and deposits are made (as I sold few items on Delcampe) but no withdrawals are allowed nor I can pay anyone.
Larger sum is accumulated now and I am little concerned...
Does anyone know for how long can they lock the accound (I've meet a case description on the net of 3 months).
Is there any better way to receive answer from them: my emails are unanswered and nobody pick the phone there.
Any help, hint, advice will be appreciated.
I am using Paypal now for shopping and starting like it.
It is 100% free for buying.
PS. how MB is doing financially? Anyone knows if they trade on market? If yes: what is their symbol?

Hi,
I have had my Moneybookers account "locked" up twice.
In each case they wanted additional proof of who I was and where I was.
This seems to be a requirement by UK law. It is done to prevent money Laundering.
Log onto the Moneybookers web site. Send an email to them there with a scan of a personal ID and utility bill that matches your Moneybooker account.
WAIT. About three days. All should be resolved.
Note: Don't keep sending emai;s. Your request goes to the "back of the line" each time you send an email.
Except for the problems above, Moneybookers has worked far better for me than paypal in International Transactions. We do about 100 transaction a month with them.
