Buyer won...I sent invoice off with P+P on it...buyer pays minus P+P

How do I refund that Moneybookers transaction and get the buyer to pay me the correct amount ?

I have looked everywhere but can't seen to find it !

In the circumstance you have written about, why not just submit an email through delcampe system to your buyer and ask him/her to send the postage costs to your Money Bookers Account. Or find the orignal sale and resubmit a delcampe invoice with the added postage on it. and a note to subtract the cost of the item.

On Money Bookers, the only way to refund is to go to the SEND Tab and follow the directions. There does not appear to be a REFUND system as such. I have just checked through it all.

I find moneybookers very complicated.
My problem is I have 2 buyers who overpaid.
I want to return them the overpaid funds, but I am running into walls.
I feel like dealing with ebays canned senseles responses.
They want all kinds of numbers and also want that the buyers have to contact them.

I don't even know what I am supposed to tell these buyers as how, why and what they are supposed to do and write to moneybookers.

It is very , very inconvenient, especially to the buyers.

It is so much easier on pay pal, all you do is hit the button and send the money you want to return.

Why can't moneybookers do the same??
Especially where the way delcampe has the billing set up.

I wonder how many buyers do overpay and none is the wiser.
Especially when the buyer is new and does not know its way around on Delcampe or moneybookers.
Hoping for a better solution to these moneybookers problems
