We send Moneybookers Invoice only through Buyer's "MB Invoice Request":
MB-payer sends us a Delcampe-Moneybookers Invoice Request
(adding in Notes: "registered" or "regular" mail; and SHIPPING ADDRESS),
and we send the Invoice "from" that Request form, with proper sh/h costs.
******* NB! We sometimes fail to re-stock in time, so your won item MAY be out of stock on the day of purchase. If it is an issue of USSR or former SU republic, we will TRY to get it for you, but it may take a week or more, or may prove to be impossible. If the "out-of-stock" item is from outside the FSU - we cannot find it. This is another reason why you should not hurry to pay before our Invoice is sent.
 Shipping and payment details
On the day the auction closes, or within 2-3 days maximum,
we send a most detailed payment/shipping message to winner.
If that message returns as undeliverable, we will try to contact through the auction site.
Deal is cancelled, item re-listed if within 3 weeks, buyer does not "show up" in form of a message or actual payment.
